The Health Collective is a group of classes intended to deliver a fun, effective and unintimidating exercise experience. Classes include Bootcamp, Pilates, Yoga, Anchor, Dance-Cardio and more, and we are always looking to add classes with think will fit the Collective.
Our Personal Training service is a more intimate training experience that will be 100% tailored to you and your individual needs. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength building, or just getting moving again, Personal Training is a great option to do it in the privacy of one of our expert trainers.
When a small tweak or big injury slow your progress, our partner Physical Therapist is here to help. Through a combination of soft tissue work, cupping, scraping, dry needling or corrective exercise, we can get you back to making progress in no time at all.
