Our Health Programs are designed to offer a fun and unintimidating atmosphere where exercise comes in many different varieties. The focus isn’t so much on pushing our bodies to their max but to develop health and wellness in a way that will promote longevity and keep us functioning for years to come.
The Health Collective is a group of classes intended to deliver a fun, effective and unintimidating exercise experience. Classes include Bootcamp, Pilates, Yoga, Anchor, Dance-Cardio and more, and we are always looking to add classes with think will fit the Collective.
Anchor is strength specific class focusing on low skill / low complexity movements designed to build functional strength and mobility. This class is perfect for those who have little to no strength training experience but know their bodies need it as they age. All exercises are done with either body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells or resistance bands, there are no barbells in this class.
Our Personal Training service is a more intimate training experience that will be 100% tailored to you and your individual needs. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength building, or just getting moving again, Personal Training is a great option to do it in the privacy of one of our expert trainers.
Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard as well. Harbor Park Health and Fitness is located and easily accessible from all of Kenosha.
