Classes are varied in nature and are different every day, keeping your body guessing and your mind wanting more. It truly is the best option there is for improving your physical fitness. But be ware, CrossFit is not for the faint of heart.
Bootcamp is part of our Health Collective, but make no mistake about it these classes are tough! They are similar to CrossFit in the sense that they are high intensity and constantly changing, however there is no high skill barbell or gymnastics movements. This class is perfect for anyone intrigued by CrossFit but is a little intimated.
Performance is our complete individual design program for athletes. It is designed to be a fully customized exercise and nutrition plan based on a competitive athlete's specific goals. If you want to be the best possible, as fast as possible, Performance will get you there.
