I pride myself in my ability to power through the bike.
My PR for a squat clean is 145lbs and I still find it exciting that I can climb a rope!

I had always been active growing up because of the sports activities I was a part of. I have played soccer, volleyball, softball, and horseback riding. However, when those weren’t a part of my life anymore I was very lost in what to do. So to be honest, I didn’t do anything. Then, I found CrossFit. I have a competitive spirit and I LOVE being strong. CrossFit feeds the beast inside me! My coaching style reflects how I became interested in fitness and loved to learn everything I could about it. I love to help others learn, grow, and find their passion in fitness.
The turning point in my life that lead me to where I am today was when I realized it took me no time at all to lose all of whatever fitness I had left from sports and become a very lazy, self-conscious, exhausted, and unmotivated individual. I had become exactly who I swore I never would. I decided to make a change and have truly never looked back. Even after pregnancy and having a child I still make health and fitness a top priority in my life. I aim to be a role model for my son and his future choices.
I find passion in helping others achieve something they didn’t think they were capable of. To this day I still surprise myself with things I didn’t think I was able to accomplish! The excitement and growing passion in others keep me going. Fitness is supposed to be fun and exciting. If it isn’t fun, you’re not doing the right kind of fitness.
