Dance has always been a part of my life. My parents say I was dancing before I could even walk. I began taking dance lessons when I was four years old and the rest is history. Being able to combine my passions of dance and fitness has been so rewarding, and I look forward to guiding our members through fun and uplifting classes.
I always thought exercise was not meant to be fun - it was something I needed to do in order to look good physically. Over the years, I’ve learned exercise needs to be fun in order for it to be sustainable. By combining my passion for dance and having a creative outlet, dance cardio has strengthened my physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
I hope to provide a fun, uplifting, and supportive environment where members do not even feel like they are exercising. As one member said, “Dance Cardio is the perfect way to release stress after a long day.”
